Virtual Private Line Service:
Fisk I.S. uses Virtual Local Area Network technology on our fiber-based private backbone network to leverage its network design and high-capacity service between the Philadelphia region and the Altoona-State College region to provide secure, “private” connections between client offices.

Voice over Internet Protocol:
Fisk I.S., through one if its strategic partners offers VoIP services over its quality of service (QoS) enforced backbone network. Our Telco-quality voice long distance is delivered at rates that are a fraction of traditional switched long distance services.

Offsite Data Backup and Collocation:
Fisk I.S. collocation service allows customers to maintain a presence on the Internet even if the main office is destroyed. Fisk I.S.’ collocation facility is located in a carrier-grade facility protected by physical security and advanced environmental controls. This collocation facility is approximately 150 miles from the State College office and provides a hedge against localized disasters or outages for customers who choose to use our remote collocation service.

Hot Spot Solutions:
“Hot Spots” are specific geographic locations in which an access point provides public wireless broadband network services to mobile users. Hotspots are often located in heavily populated places such as airports, train stations, libraries, marinas, conventions centers and hotels. Fisk I.S. has the technical knowledge and professional ability to effectively install and manage any hotspot, for any commercial, industrial, or governmental client.
